Booking conditions

To make the reservation, you must mark the day of entry and exit in the calendar, then the available houses are displayed.

Green days: there is availability
Orange days: some house available
Red days: no house available

We start with the calendar on September 30, 2024

To formalise the reservation it is necessary to make a down payment, by POS terminal or transfer, of the 30% of the total price of the stay. The rest will be paid upon arrival at the house.
The day before the arrival, you will receive the access code and the payment pass.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you have to cancel your reservation, the entire advance amount will be refunded, as long as it is done seven days prior to the arrival date.
If you cancel less than seven days before the arrival, the deposit will not be returned and you will be offered the possibility of changing the date of your stay.


The price does not include the tourist tax;  it  €0.66 per adult and day (over 16 years), with a maximum of 7 nights. (mark when making the reservation)

The occupation of the accommodation will be limited exclusively to the number of people in the reservation. If you need an extra place and the accommodation allows it, you must request it in advance (additional cost).
Children under 2 years of age do not count as occupied space.
Smoking is not allowed in accommodations.
Pets are not accepted.
When making the reservation you can request the basket of products from the Pyrenees.

Minimum stay: 2 nights


Cal Gall, has a firm commitment to the quality of your stay. For this reason, please enjoy it respecting the neighbours right to peace and quiet and the care of the facilities. The accommodations are not suitable spaces for parties or playing music outside. They are not legalised for this type of activity. The establishment reserves the right of admission.

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES
We would like you to confirm the arrival time, so that we can give you the welcome service. Also, if you wish, the accommodation has a home automation system that facilitates access, allowing remote check-in and check-out.


Admission: from 5:00 p.m.
Departure:  before 12:00 p.m.

Other hours to be agreed subject to availability of the accommodation.
